I lead product at Delta Bravo, building applied AI for government agencies and enterprise teams. I started PermitPro from a blank page and grew it into one of the first AI systems working in U.S. state environmental permitting, where it reviews applications, applies the regulations, and drafts complete permits for a person to approve. Our move into regulatory tech brought in more than $5M in new revenue, and PermitPro won the People’s Choice Award at the 2026 ECOS Fall Meeting. Along the way I invented Journeys, which interviews experts and turns what they know into workflows people and agents can run together. You can learn more about what we’re working on here.

Line Lead is a voice-first AI teammate for quick-service restaurants. It walks crews through the standards on every shift, answers questions on the spot, and knows when to bring in a manager. It started with a demo I vibe-coded, where the agent troubleshoots a broken ice cream machine, and that won us a design partnership with GrayCo McDonald’s, alongside NoBaked Cookie Dough and Winans Coffee & Chocolate. We launched the MVP in under 90 days, and early pilots got new crew up to speed 40% faster and cut first-two-week turnover by 70%. More to come soon.

At Storyboard, our podcasting product wasn’t sticking, so I pitched a pivot to voice communication at work, where people talk all day long. It became the company’s direction, and people created four times as much and engaged three times as often. We partnered with Amazon Logistics on a white-labeled, hands-free voice platform (think Siri for delivery drivers) that more than 400,000 drivers use every week. Give it a try!

I got my start at Contour, a regional airline serving small-town America, owning the products travelers touch: the booking site and mobile app, plus the airline systems and distribution behind them. We lifted booking conversion 40% and cut abandonment 20%. I also led two big reservation-system moves, from Radix to SITA to Hitit, while keeping Priceline and our partner airlines connected. And yes, I got to design Contour’s aircraft livery, too.
